3. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information so we can deliver accurate bookkeeping and payroll services.

4. Timely Responses: For us to serve you effectively, we may require timely responses to document requests, questions, or approvals.

5. Termination: Either party may end our services at any time, with written notice. You’ll receive all deliverables up to the termination date.
